After a hard fought campaign in the Wednesbury by election, Labour candidate Olwyn Jones was declared the winner with a majority of 60 Votes.
The announcement was made at the Oldbury Council House a venue the newly elected Council Jones will sit with her husband and cabinet member for education Councillor Ian Jones at her first full Council.
